Congratulations to those of you who have won a Golden Ticket entry into the 2024 CBPC at one of the Rocky Mountain Poker Venues locations over the past few months. Please check the leaderboard on the homepage of this website to verify your name is listed. The event is Sunday, September 8th. Registration begins at 12:00 pm, with the tournament starting at 1 pm.
The event location is Neena’s Event Center, 135 Nickel Street, Broomfield CO. You do not need your physical golden ticket for entry, just identification. Players must register by 2 pm MT to play in the Main Event.

Because of the large group of players, we are not encouraging players to bring other non-players, but if you are planning on having a guest come with you, please let us know. While the number of TV’s are limited in the venue, we are planning on trying to stream the game on TV’s we do have. We can not guarantee the game will be on, but we do understand that there is internet access for streaming on a personal device. While the chairs are relatively comfortable, we do encourage players to bring a seat cushion for added comfort and support if desired.
We will have food and drinks at the event. We encourage the use of cash rather than e-payment, credit or debit cards. We will have an all you can eat Taco bar for $15, as well as other appetizers and snacks for sale. Infinitus Pizza is also located right next door. We will also have beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks and water available.
Players will register at the front desk upon arrival and will draw a random seat card. While we expect to have seats available for all players that have a golden ticket, there is a small chance that late registrants will have to wait for a seat to open.
All players will start with 15,000 chips. The starting blinds are 100/200. The blinds will be 15 minutes for the entire tournament. There will be 5 blind rounds before our first break. There will be a 30 minute break after the 2nd series of blind rounds, at approximately 3:45 pm. We expect the tournament to end by 7 pm, but we will end the tournament by 8 pm at the latest.
